From the very beginning they were incredibly responsive and kind. My husband handled all the communication with them but he had nothing but great things to say. They came out the day after our first call. They were able to bring the piece we needed based off pictures of our unit and based on what the original repairman said we needed. We thought the issue was corrected however the unit started to have issues again not long after they left. My husband called back and they were so great, they walked him through a few things to check to see if we could get it going. We couldn't, so we had to schedule a second visit (no fault of theirs, I blame the first person who "looked" at it) They came back out and were able to get us up and running. The house is so nice and cozy now. I am so very thankful for them. Also the person who came out wanted to see my dogs and called them babies, which just won my heart over because anyone who loves my dogs and called them babies are great in my book! That's why Louisville Mechanical is getting my #ThankYouThursday2021. read less

The whole building cools from the chilled water of a huge Marley tower. Although several companies would work on Marley systems, ONLY Louisville Mechanical, to the best of my knowledge, will come into a residential Unit and fix a system like this. L.M. will charge a premium price, but it's worth it to have AC/heat. This building must be a "thorn in Louisville Mechanical's side," but they don't leave us to the elements.
